We thought we were upgrading from the GBC H400 to this "commercial" model H520. After 15 days of minimal use and following the companies directions of cleaning sheets and the correct type of pouches, this machine jammed and ate the document inside never to be seen again. The supplier replaced it for us in a very timely manner and confirmed directions for use. This new machine also ate another document within 20 days of arriving in our office. I am again working with the vender, but do not want this model and would not recommend it. I'm requesting a machine that uses a carrier for the pouch as this seems to be the reason the documents are getting stuck inside the machine.
