So far I have to give it 5 stars as I have not found any issues after about 2 months of use.Runs quiet and cool and has enough connectors for my needs (4 SATA or less). The wires are shielded and thick, so they do look "cleaner" than if you have non-shielded wires, but I can see how they could be difficult to work with in a smaller case with little room. Also comes with tie wraps for the wires. I ran pre and post install power consumption tests using a P3 International Kill A Watt meter and the power consumption of these 430W power supplies was considerable less than with the previous power supplies (about 20-30% on average). The power output (430W) works fine for me on all 4 computers...
